Short-Term Rental Management
$150 one-time onboarding
15% management fee for the first 4 months
After four months, management transitions to the standard 20% rate.
Home Watch — $150/month
Two scheduled inspections per month, owner reporting, package delivery and general property oversight. Home Watch clients who convert to full STR management receive a waived STR onboarding fee.
